Before tickets are issued a credit card authorization form must
be completed and faxed to us with a photocopy of your
credit card (front and back) and your driver’s license.
The person making reservations, on behalf of any other people named in the reservation, agrees to take responsibility for all terms and conditions as set out below. Any additional conditions will be specified on the confirmation and/or invoice.
Reservations: Flight reservations are for departures from the U.S. only. Reservations may be made at anytime, however, tickets are issued only during business hours, 8:00am-530pm, Monday through Friday. Our office is closed on the following holidays; July 04, September 04, November 23-24, December 25, 2005 and January 01, 2007. Reservations received outside of business hours will not be processed until the next business day. If the ticketing deadline falls during this time airlines may not honor the quoted fare. All travelers' names must be entered exactly as they appear on their passports (for international travel) or valid photo id (for U.S. domestic travel). Please verify all information prior to submitting the reservation. We are not responsible for any misspelling or errors. Fares are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed until tickets are issued. Please us an email if you need senior, child, or companion type fares. The passenger is responsible for contacting the airline directly to pre-arrange seats and to advise them of frequent flyer numbers or special dietary, disability or other requirements.
Fees & Shipping: All reservations carry a minimum $25.00 per person cancellation fee, though most airfare is completely non-refundable and non-changeable. Some fares permit a change to the return flight only for an additional charge. Be sure to read the airfare, car and hotel rules and penalties closely so that you are aware of cancellation and change fees. There is a $10.00 per person transaction fee for processing reservations in addition to all other fees quoted online. Most reservations are eligible for electronic ticketing but if it is necessary to mail your ticket there is an additional $12.00 fee for addresses within the U.S. . An additional fee applies for addresses outside the U.S.. As a security precaution tickets will only be mailed to the credit card billing address. Transaction, service, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
Payment: To book your flight online you may use your American Express, Visa, or MasterCard (Discover Card is not accepted by all carriers). Before tickets are issued a credit card authorization form must be completed and faxed to us with a photocopy of your credit card (front and back) and your driver’s license. In the event of a credit card being declined for any reason, the reservation will be cancelled. Cars and hotels require payment at check in, though some may require an advance deposit.
Schedule Changes: Scheduled flight numbers, times and/or equipment may be changed by the airline without notice. If enough advance notice is given you will be advised of any changes to your reservation. Please reconfirm your flights prior to departure.
Reconfirmations: DOMESTIC U.S. - We recommend that you reconfirm each flight 24 hours prior to departure. This will give the airline the opportunity to keep you advised of any changes which may have occurred in your itinerary. INTERNATIONAL - You must reconfirm your continuing or return reservations directly with the airline at least 72 hours prior to departure of each flight or they may be automatically cancelled.
Check-in: Although it varies per airline and airport, a check-in time of one hour prior to departure of U.S. domestic flights or two hours for international flights is recommended; except for peak travel time, holidays, high seasons, and special events when you should arrive earlier. Check directly with your carrier for their specific requirements.
Documentation: All documentation/health requirements are the passenger's responsibility, and must be obtained prior to departure. U.S. citizens require proof of citizenship, such as passport or birth certificate (original with raised seal), along with photo I.D. for travel to Mexico and Canada. Passports, visas, health certificates or other documents may be necessary for U.S. citizens traveling to other destinations or non-U.S. citizens traveling to any international destination. For an additional fee we can help you obtain proper documentation. Please advise us by email if you require this service. We accept no responsibility for denied boarding or deportations. Please review U.S. State Department Travel Warnings, which may apply to your international destination. You should take the advice as offered on these pages.
Insurance: We highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance. Please send us an email if you would like a quote.
